Venue: Bath Culture House, The Old Saw Mill, Ubley, BS40 6PE
Arrive and settle into our log cabin with a nourishing drink and a selection of Bath Culture House cheases, cheese biscuits and ferments to nibble on. Plant based with gluten-free options.
Spend the evening with Lucie, founder of Bath Culture House, in our cosy teaching cabin.
Learn how to make a seasonal Kimchi. Discover the steps of how to make this fermented Korean dish (ours will be plant based as we do not use fish sauce), from preparing the vegetables, salting, making a paste and fermenting.
This is a hands-on and practical workshop. You will have the opportunity to take your Kimchi's home with you after the workshop.
