Arrive and settle into our cosy log cabin that overlooks the beautiful Mendips including Blagdon Lake.
Spend the morning with Lucie, founder of Bath Culture House, in our cosy teaching cabin.
Learn how to make a seasonal Kimchi. Discover the steps of how to make this fermented Korean dish (ours will be plant based as we do not use fish sauce), from preparing the vegetables, salting, making a paste and fermenting.
This is a hands-on and practical workshop. You will have the opportunity to take your Kimchi's home with you after the workshop.
Terms of Booking:
This workshop is practical and will involve some standing.
Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking the workshop.
All food and drink provided will be vegan.
Cancellation Policy - please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel your workshop up to 21-days prior to the event for a full refund. If you need to cancel up to 7-days prior to the event we will be able to provide a 50% refund.
Bath Culture House reserves the right to cancel the event at any time, due to circumstances that may be out of our control. In the event of this happening a full refund will be given.
Please note we ask you to bring 3 things: a) an apron, b) a clean and sterile 2L kilner jar to take your sauerkraut home in, and c) a smile! :)
