  • Sauerkraut juice (white cabbage, sea salt), seaweed, dill, fennel, dandelion root, nettle.
    Contains naturally occurring live bacteria.
    Allergen info - may contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans due to seaweed ingredient.

  • Keep refrigerated. Use within 28-days of opening. Bottles will arrive with at least 3-months life (i.e. if today is March 15th the best before date will be no earlier than June 15th).

    We recommend splitting each 250ml bottle between 5 servings over 5 days - ideally drink your 50ml shot neat, first thing in the morning or whenever you wake up.

  • Processing Time
    We generally need 1-2 working days dispatch your order, although this may vary during busy periods.
    We dispatch parcels Monday-Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

I think they are great!

This is such an easy way of getting a natural prebiotic with the added benefit of the plants. My only problem is rationing as I like the taste. Would highly recommend.

Ignore the first sip. It’s great!

First tentative sip was awful, tasted very salty. Seconds later it was pleasant and by the third sip it was rather nice. Now I really look forward to my daily dose.
