Kombucha & Water Kefir Workshop at FERM HQ - Saturday May 18th 2024
10am-Midday
Venue: Bath Culture House, The Old Saw Mill, Ubley, BS40 6PE
Arrive and settle into our log cabin with a bottle of our own kombucha.
Spend the afternoon with Lucie, founder of Bath Culture House, in our cosy teaching cabin.
Learn how to brew Kombucha and Water Kefir at home. Discover the steps of how to make these gut friendly fermented drinks. Learn how to brew a base kombucha & water kefir, adding flavours, and creating a natural fizz during secondary fermentation.
You will take home your own SCOBY and water kefir grains and two seasonally infused kombucha's.
This is a hands-on and practical workshop. There will be time after the session for questions and answers.
Terms of Booking:
This workshop is practical and will involve some standing.
Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking the workshop.
All food and drink provided will be vegan.
Cancellation Policy - please notify us on orders@bathculturehouse.co.uk if you need to cancel your workshop up to 21-days prior to the event for a full refund. If you need to cancel up to 7-days prior to the event we will be able to provide a 50% refund.
Bath Culture House reserves the right to cancel the event at any time, due to circumstances that may be out of our control. In the event of this happening a full refund will be given.
Please note we ask you to bring 3 things: a) an apron, b) a clean and sterile 2L kilner jar to take your sauerkraut home in, and c) a smile! :)
