A very enjoyable experience

I attended the sauerkraut making workshop about three weeks ago. It was very helpful - Lucy was an excellent trainer, and everything was well prepared for us to start and get on with it. I have just tated the results too - brilliant! First time I have been able to make a decent sauerkraut, thanks to Lucy. Thanks very much! It won't stop me buying your gorgeous, ginger and turmeric one regularly, but does allow me to do my won experiments now.
