Vinegary

For context for potential customers reading your review, we were contacted by you on 28/4 to ask for a full refund because you didn't like the vinegary taste. I replied on the same day explaining that our kombucha is traditionally brewed, and is not as sweet as most other kombucha brands, however we did taste the batches you received and also tested their pH readings. We were (and are) happy with the taste and quality of this batch and for that reason were not happy to refund you, as per our refund and return policy.
Traditional brew kombucha does have what's known as a somewhat 'vinegary' taste - this is a normal part of fermented kombucha although there is no actual vinegar involved. We prefer to describe it as a tangy, slightly sour flavour that's beautifully refreshing! I didn't receive a reply from you from my email so if I can help in any other way please just let me know.

I first bought this product at local farm shop. Loved it and decided to order directly from the producer. This is my second order and I will be carry on ordering. I noticed a significant drop in my sugar levels, just having 2 bottles a day. Tastes really good, on sour side, but not overwhelming.
