  • Per 100g - 19 kcal, Fat (saturates) 0.2g (0.06g), Carbohydrates (sugars) 2.8g (<0.1g), Fibre 1g, Protein 1.03g, Salt 0.46g.

  • Keep refrigerated. Use within 28-days of opening. Jars will arrive with at least 3-months life (i.e. if today is March 15th the best before date will be no earlier than June 15th).

    Great with sandwiches or cheese toasties, noodles & ramen, eat with hummus and falafel, stir into fried rice, or enjoy with eggs on toast.
