Keep refrigerated. Use within 28-days of opening. Bottles will arrive with at least 3-months life (i.e. if today is March 15th the best before date will be no earlier than June 15th).
Drink neat, or mix with sparkling water. We recommend splitting each bottle into 2 servings, or having as 1 single serving.

Emilie Smith I like a tart kombucha but found myself a little disappointed by these. My son had some and said they tasted like vinegar. The don't have much fizz either, which might have made them a little more appealing even if they were a little sour. I think it might just be a bad batch. They taste to me like they are over-fermented and need more sugar. Not sure I'll buy more.
Hi Emilie, thank you for your review and feedback. We have tasted the batch we sent to you and we are very happy with its quality. Traditionally brewed kombucha like ours does have a somewhat 'vinegary' flavour, although no vinegar is used. Our cherry kombucha has sugar of 1.8g per 100g, and these are lab-based results from ALS Laboratories. This means it has a naturally tangy and sour flavour and so isn't intended to be sweet on the palate.
